My most significant race was my first one in Cedar City! Short-Term Running Goals: My short term running goal is to beat 5:00 by the end of the school year!
Another short-term goal is to make varsity by my sophomore year. Long-Term Running Goals: One of my long-term goals is to make to nationals before the end of my senior year!

AM- My legs were dead, I wasn't able to keep up with shakes, I had to drop back, My knees felt weird.
PM- It was a really good run it felt really good on my legs and i felt that i worked hard!

This was a great workout. I felt like i pushed hard and was right behind Jason the whole time. i was able to push it hard on the last few 200s even though my legs were dead. I feel like i am getting faster.
