My most significant race was my first one in Cedar City! Short-Term Running Goals: My short term running goal is to beat 5:00 by the end of the school year!
Another short-term goal is to make varsity by my sophomore year. Long-Term Running Goals: One of my long-term goals is to make to nationals before the end of my senior year!

I got some new racers today! I am so excited to use them at the race on saturday.

| | Today was an easy run. But it was nice because my quads are killing me. I have tried to roll them out with the foam rollers but after 20 minutes with even more pain and the pain not getting better I just went home. |

AM- My legs were dead, I wasn't able to keep up with shakes, I had to drop back, My knees felt weird.
PM- It was a really good run it felt really good on my legs and i felt that i worked hard!

This was a great workout. I felt like i pushed hard and was right behind Jason the whole time. i was able to push it hard on the last few 200s even though my legs were dead. I feel like i am getting faster.

I love tempo workouts! they help me to go faster at the end of my races and push it harder throughout the entire thing. I was able to push it faster on the thousands than i've ever been able to before. |

I wasn't able to do my workout today because of the rain, and because i had to go get stuff for my eagle project and i had mutual at 7:00 and had to do my chores and homework afterwards. I plan on doing it tomorrow morning though! the rain was so nice today! the weather is supposed to be really nice this week.
