i felt pretty good this workout, the first 2 repeats were excellent. on the third one however i let myself slow down a lot especially on the third lap, i missed my time on that one horribly!
| |
| |
i liked this trail, it wasn't too hard or too easy, it also helped me to work myself hard but not hard enough that i killed my self.
|
| | i felt like crap this run, my tyempo stunk and it was 5:30 in the morning! i like having the longer distance duriing the week so that i know that i will always do it! |
| |
i felt ok on these ones, but they were far from my best but not as bad as i could've done either!
|
| |
it felt really good to go slow and easy, after a weel of workouts 4 miles felt really really good!
|
| | i did alot better at pushing on the third lap and pushing myself on the last half! |
| | i did really good at keeping my tempo pace throughout the entire run a lot better than last time! |
| | this wasn't my fastest workout ever but it was my best because of the consistency of my miles and the way i ran them! |
| | me and dave are really getting the hang of this workout! i was feeling pretty good before hand although my knees were hurting but that wore off when we started! the first mile was pretty easy and we hit 5:46, on number two it wasn't as good and we hit 6:03, the third one was a lot harder but by switching off we were able to hit just under our time with a 5:55. the last really hurt but i didn't fall back becuse i didn't want to let david down, and we finished it with another 5:55. |
| | i was feeling fine, until we started going up hills, than my knee started too hurt, so i stopped for a sec to stretch it out. that helped for a little bir until i started goinig back downhill than it started to really hurt, |
| | i felt amazing on this workout, i really had to kill myself though on the last one, if i race like i did this workout i could do alot better! |
| | I felt great although my knees were a little sore, and stiff from the break. |
| | I felt great until the last quarter mile, I got a killer side ache and had to stop to let it wear of a little. |
| |
i felt ok, but my stomach really felt weird so I wasn't able to do as good. but I still got sub six which was my goal!
|
| | I felt really ansy on the dirt mile today! |
| | I felt amazing the first 2 loops, the last one I felt pretty bad, but I managed to catch up with krenshaw and was gaining on kyler when the time ran out, I really like that workout. |
| |
I felt amazing, the last 7 or so were a little difficult but I managed to keep up with david and kyler, I felt really good because we were so consistent, we hit our distances every time plus some!
|
| | i did really good, i was able to improve my times from last week by several seconds. i felt amazing as well.
|
| | my legs were a little tired from yesterday, and unfortunately i let it get to me in my time trial, i just need to relax before hand and not be quiet so stressed about races, it may really help. i also need to be more consistent in doinig everything that i am supposed to.
|
| | did weights today, my quads and hamstrings were burning pretty bad. but it felt good to workout again!
