My most significant race was my first one in Cedar City! Short-Term Running Goals: My short term running goal is to beat 5:00 by the end of the school year!
Another short-term goal is to make varsity by my sophomore year. Long-Term Running Goals: One of my long-term goals is to make to nationals before the end of my senior year!

i did amazing during the race, not time wise but mental wise. i was able to concentrate more on passing the people in front of me and in setting short term goals to keep me going. | Add Comment |
