My most significant race was my first one in Cedar City! Short-Term Running Goals: My short term running goal is to beat 5:00 by the end of the school year!
Another short-term goal is to make varsity by my sophomore year. Long-Term Running Goals: One of my long-term goals is to make to nationals before the end of my senior year!

i felt great after that hill workout, although i thought my hips were goinig to pop off during the hills, it felt really good to do something hard again!

owwww! my legs are hurting so bad, after about 4 miles, my legs finally warmed up and i was able to run without hurting at all. i just hope we don't have another hill workout tomorrow!
