My most significant race was my first one in Cedar City! Short-Term Running Goals: My short term running goal is to beat 5:00 by the end of the school year!
Another short-term goal is to make varsity by my sophomore year. Long-Term Running Goals: One of my long-term goals is to make to nationals before the end of my senior year!

Ran shoe run with the varisty guys and watched them jump in and freeze in the pond. Did five miles + striders

i was bummed i couldn't go 7 with the varsity guys. i had to be at a scout campout at 4.

A great momement me and hunter for once went farther than the varsity di in one run. I felt great the entire time and felt like i could've run 8. towards the end though my stomach started to get a bit queasy.
