My favorite part of running is being with the team!

My best 800 time is 2:22!

My best mile time is 4:58

My best 2 mile time is 11:08.25

My best 3 mile time is 18:18

My most significant race was my first one in Cedar City!

Short-Term Running Goals:

My short term running goal is to beat 5:00 by the end of the school year!

Another short-term goal is to make varsity by my sophomore year.

Long-Term Running Goals:

One of my long-term goals is to make to nationals before the end of my senior year!

run a marathon when i'm 80!

Beat 4 minute mile before i finish high school

 

Personal:

I like to read, run, hike, canoe and be outdoors! I have 5 siblings!  I enjoy blaying backgammon and chess

during the workout my breathing got really messed up it s like my throat constricted and i could barely breath.

I like this workout it seems like it will take forever but it really doesn't take very long. and it always makes me feel good. My breathing didn't get all messed up today it was really nice.

i went to morning practice today! it felt amazing to run in the morning again.

I like this run we ( hunter, colton, devin, me, david and krenshaw) did sandburg backwards. it was interesting. i learned that there are lots of small gradual hills on this run.

i like the two mile alot. i took 1:05 seconds off of my previous pr. from 12:18 to 11:13.  there was a dixie kid that i could not catch.  AAgh!
